E-duTraining™ was founded in 2010 by Prof. Graciela Castelli and Mag. Verónica de la Encina , with a conviction that remains intact: linguistic training for professionals cannot be improvised, massive or disconnected from real work.
Today, under Veronica's leadership, the platform enters a new phase. A phase where 30 years of teaching experience and 16 years of leadership in corporate e-learning are combined with current technologies, agile methodologies, and a renewed perspective on what companies truly need: to train their teams to communicate with confidence when global business is at stake.
Who leads
Veronica de la Encina is an English teacher and holds a degree in Education, with a Master's degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the University of Jaén (Spain).
For more than a decade, she has been a member of the local English Teachers Association (APRIR) and served as Director of Instituto Superior San Bartolomé, a regional reference institution in the training of teachers, translators and interpreters.
Her career path combines three things that rarely coexist in a single profile: academic rigor, pedagogical innovation, and institutional management . This intersection is what allows her to design language solutions that work in companies, not just in classrooms.
